We regularly have people placing orders for items that will be of little or no benefit to them but want it because a friend said so or because THE FRIEND HAS one.   Many are responding to the glamour of Ex-Celebrities / Ex-Sporting Identities,  paid for their opinions in Expensive Media Advertising & Television Infomercials      

               " If we needed a gimmick to sell our goods,    I would expect people to be suspicious. "            Currently,  seldom  a day  passes when someone will  challenge me with comments about magnets such as            "They Don't Work"             "The Magnets Fell out"  - "The Pain didn't stay away"  -  " The Magnets have become very Weak"   -   " Too difficult to get a refund".    Usually,  due  to  being  sold  something  of  poor  quality  or  by  a  person  who  knew  nothing  about  magnets  in the first instance.   It is not difficult to find a reseller of National Brands who knows little or nothing of the product, the warnings, the magnet strength or polarity direction.     Usually they hand you a brochure and point out the Manufacturers Address to seek information or where to return it to if / when Dis-Satisfaction arises.   Most Distributors of Magnetic Products will not accept an appliance back for refund.

         BUT...................  Once sufferers have tried any of our appliances for just a short time, they realize we are genuine in caring about our clients and they will purchase ONLY what they need.   Not in excess of what they need from High Pressure Sales people.

 Through Personal Use & Customer Feedback, Thanks & Compliments, we are well informed on Magnet use.     Carol has extensive Pharmacy Experience, (ALTHOUGH NOT MEDICALLY QUALIFIED), but after many years of sales and positive feedback, "WE ALL" now have sufficient experience to advise you away from potentially dangerous and money wasting situations with professionals to call on when occasional further advice is required.      Magnets are wonderful in the right hands.   Telephone Sales, TV Promotional Offers, Fly By Night amateurs in Shopping Arcades and Non Regulars at Casual Flea Markets are a continual worry to us.     We regularly have people approach us who have been given false health threatening information about Magnets by non qualified sales people. 

Regularly,  people approach us to tell of bad experiences with High Pressure Sales People and accuse us of selling something which does not work, assuming all Magnetic Products are similar.     We spend as much time as required with them, showing the main reason for their opinion is due to being sold an inferior/incorrect product plus given false and misleading information, OR BOTH !! .   After a no obligation physical trial of our Appliances, 95% of these people go away with a changed opinion of Quality Magnets.          In many instances, we are able to show disappointed purchasers how to change an inferior product they thought was useless just because it was badly made or they were given false or misleading information.       By using one of our Inexpensive test magnets which identify relative polarities,   It is simple to check for oneself if the Magnets are actually working or just facing either in an incorrect or varied direction, depending on the brand, you may even find washers where magnets should be (We Have).     With information supplied by an opposition company on their Web Site, it is possible banned magnets which contain Lead are still being used by some.    Advice of "Goods made of quality Australian Material" does not necessarily translate to 'Made In Australia'.
